Former President Trump’s special envoy for the Prishtina-Belgrade dialogue, Richard Grenell, recalled the time when Vetëvendosje chairman Albin Kurti opposed the demarcation with Montenegro, despite calls from former President Barack Obama and now new US President Joe Biden.
