Former President Trump’s special envoy for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Richard Grenell, today asked the European Union to stop talking about liberalization and start giving out visas to the citizens of Kosovo.

On a Twitter post, Grenell wrote that Brussels should stop talking about visa liberalization and start giving out visas.
