A government building has been inaugurated in Hajvali, with a total area of 4,682 square meters, where 150 officials will be accommodated.

The acting Minister of Digitization and Public Administration, Lulëzon Jagxhiu, who inaugurated the facility, told the media that it is a modern building that will be used to perform administrative and state institutional functions. According to him, it includes various open and closed spaces, offices, as well as archive and technical support areas.

“The building has five levels, including the basement, ground floor, and three upper floors, with a total of 4,682 square meters, and it will accommodate 150 government officials. The Ministry of Digitization and Public Administration, within its responsibilities, also handles public administration reform. One of our reform steps is to ensure that public administration is an attractive employer that encourages young people to come and work, engage in civil service, and contribute to the development of the state. One of the elements that makes our administration an attractive employer is infrastructure. Through the construction of these buildings, we are providing adequate working conditions for our institutions,” he said.

He added that the “Prishtina e Re” government complex covers an area of 4.5 hectares, where a total of 11 buildings are planned to be constructed.

Regarding the facility, the Director of the Agency for the Protection of Classified Information, Emin Hoxha, said that the space where classified information is stored securely is of great importance.
