Kosovo Agency of Statistics (KAS) has published the price index of agricultural inputs for the fourth quarter of 2021, which states that goods and services currently consumed in agriculture increased by 25.3%, compared to the same period of 2020. KAS says that it has changed the base year of the index from 2010 = 100 to 2015 = 100 according to the Eurostat methodology. According to KAS, this publication is based on the prices of agricultural inputs collected in Kosovo. Meanwhile, the overall Input Index (Input 1 + Input 2) has increased by 13.6%, compared to the same period of 2020.
