GLPS: There is stagnation in the rule of law in Kosovo

The Group for Legal and Political Studies has published on Friday the evaluation report of the rule of law in Kosovo. According to this report, there are no obvious improvements in the justice sector from previous years, whereas there is also stagnation in the performance of institutions responsible for the rule of law and the practical implementation of laws.

At the press conference, Donika Çeta from GLPS said that the report covers the period May-October 2022 in five categories, that of legality, legal security, prevention of abuse, equality before the law and access to justice...
