The Food and Veterinary Agency (FVA) has informed the public that it has blocked a baby food product following an official notification received from the Republic of Albania, specifically from the National Food Authority.
According to the FVA, the company “Rossmann & LALA SH.P.K.” in Albania exported to the Republic of Kosovo the baby food product BEBA SUPREM PRE, weighing 800 grams, with an expiration date of 05.2027 and identification code EAN: 7613287226631. This product was imported into Kosovo by Rossmann Kosova, as reported by KosovaPress.
Despite the challenges it faces, including a shortage of inspectors, the Food and Veterinary Agency emphasizes that it remains committed to the continuous monitoring of the market and the food supply chain, with the aim of ensuring safe and healthy food for consumers in the Republic of Kosovo.
