47 candidates for MPs cannot be part of the lists of political parties for the February 14 elections, after being found guilty of criminal offenses by a final Court decision in the last three years.

The French Embassy in Kosovo said that they expect that the certification procedures are defined by law and that independent institutions to conduct their work without interference.
