The former ambassador of Kosovo to Germany, Beqë Cufaj, says that the delay in the agreement on license plates will cost the citizens of Kosovo the visa liberalization. He told KosovaPress that today it was proven that the dialogue with Serbia is also related to the process of the visa liberalization.

According to him, the non-inclusion of visa liberalization in the EU ambassadors' agenda, due to the tense situation in the north of Kosovo, shows that the European Union works with the stick and carrot theory.
