The Hydrometeorological Institute of Kosovo has given details about the floods that happened last night in Peja, saying that the aggravated situation with floods in Peja came as a result of very high intensity rains, where 54.6 mm fell in just one hour (l/m2).

This amount of rainfall for such a short time interval, according to the institute, is unavoidable without causing floods, in this case urban floods...
