Today marks five years since Esat Stavilevci passed away.

Esat Stavileci was born on July 11, 1942, in Gjakova, where he completed primary and secondary education, while he graduated from the Faculty of Law, in Prishtina. He continued his postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Law at the University of Zagreb.
