Fire in the drug warehouse, it is suspected that electricity may be the cause
Today around 09:30 in the morning, the "Koslabor" drug warehouse on the Prishtina-Ferizaj highway, near Prishtina Mall, was engulfed in fire.
Based on the data so far, there were no injuries and only material damage was caused, while the cause of the fire is still unknown.
The brother of the owner of this building, Shefki Mehmeti, told the media that the tenants said that the cause could be electricity. And according to him, the value of the material damage to the object is millions.
Meanwhile, the head of the fire brigade in Prishtina, Malë Gashi, added that the part behind the building was involved in the fire and the chances were small that it could be prevented, but the aim of the firemen was not to let the fire spread to the two buildings around it.
He emphasized that the factory did not have fire protection measures.
Firefighters and police are on the scene and are dealing with the case.
