To mark its 20th anniversary, the Anti-Corruption Agency will hold the closing ceremony of "Agency Week" under the motto, "20 Years of Transparency and Integrity: Building Trust, Preventing Corruption." Acting President Albulena Haxhiu will also attend. (Swiss Diamond Hotel, Prishtina, 10:00 a.m.)

The book “Conversation with Fadil Vata 1989” by Hajdin Abazi will be promoted. (Albanological Institute, first floor, 12:00 p.m.)

Kosovo and Montenegro will sign an agreement on the mutual recognition of trust services and electronic identification. Kosovo's Acting Minister of Digitalization and Public Administration, Lulëzon Jagxhiu, and Montenegro's Minister of Public Administration, Marash Dukaj, will attend. From July 17 to 19, the Open Studios programme will feature repeat screenings of the film Archive of Absence by artists-in-residence Elidor Mëhilli and Ilir Tsouko. Screenings will take place from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Vila 31 x Art Explora, Ibrahim Rugova Street, Tirana.
