The US Special Envoy for the Western Balkans, Gabriel Escobar, has stated that it is possible to reach the final agreement between Kosovo and Serbia within this year. Meanwhile, for the March 18 meeting in Ohrid, he expects both sides to be constructive and flexible.

The US Special Envoy, Escobar, made these comments in a press conference during his stay in Belgrade, a visit which is happening two days before the new round of dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia, which will take place in Ohrid, North Macedonia.
