On the day when the emissaries of the USA and the EU for the Western Balkans are staying in Kosovo, the expert on international relations, Arben Fetoshi, is optimistic that Kosovo and Serbia will reach an agreement on license plates and identity cards. According to him, the same will also consist in the decision of the Government of Kosovo regarding the reciprocity measure.
