The Energy Regulatory Office (ERO) has issued an explanation for the opinion on electricity tariffs, as this institution has addressed the Supreme Court requesting instructions on how to implement the court decision. ERO says that it is respecting the rulings of the courts of Kosovo and based on the ruling of the court has issued a decision for implementation of this ruling, which it has sent to the licensee for implementation. Taking into account the uncertainties regarding the implementation of the decision raised by the Universal Service Provider regarding billing, ERO has addressed the Supreme Court for legal opinion, the Court of Appeals, the Basic Court and the Judicial Council requesting instructions on how to implement the decision of court.
