Also today there were jokes from the Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, who gathered the leaders of the Western Balkan countries at the Tirana Summit.

During the joint press conference, which he held with the European Commissioner for Neighborhood and Enlargement, Oliver Valheryi, Rama said that ‘the Brussels masks were removed in Tirana’.
