The emissaries Gabriel Escobar and Miroslav Lajcak and the American ambassador to Kosovo, Jeffrey Hovenier, are staying in northern Mitrovica.

They were received by the Serbian minister Goran Rakic and the mayor of the municipality of North Mitrovica, Milan Radojevic. The US special envoy for the Western Balkans, Gabriel Escobar, and the EU special envoy, Miroslav Lajcak, met yesterday with President Vjosa Osmani and Prime Minister Albin Kurti.
