The Election Complaints and Appeals Panel (ECAP) has decided on the complaint of the Social Democratic Initiative (NISMA), on the non-certification of this political entity and the list of candidates for MP by the CEC.

Regarding this appeal, the ECAP has partially decided, by certifying NISMA as a political entity, but not the 12 candidates for MPs of this party.
