The MPs of the Assembly of Kosovo were absent 699 times during the plenary sessions, in the first six months of 2022. This has caused 23 plenary sessions to fail due to lack of quorum in the spring session of the legislature, although in each failed session there were about 90 MPs. On the other hand, the eighth legislature of the Assembly, in the spring session, is considered to have the highest percentage of approval of draft laws since the fifth legislature of the Assembly.

Agnesa Haxhiu, from the Kosovo Democratic Institute (KDI), who monitors the legislature's work, blamed the parliamentary majority for the lack of quorum, as according to her, in many of the sessions, she did not manage to have the necessary number of MPs...
