The vice-chairperson of the Committee on Security and Defense Affairs, Enver Dugolli, says that Kosovo remains determined to continue the implementation of the decision on license plates and documents for entry and exit at the border with Serbia on September 1, whereas for the latter he says that it should continue to encourage criminal groups. According to him, such incentives can destabilize the Balkans.
