Dozens of violations in non-registration of expenditures in the MFAD are recorded
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora has not registered in the register of capital assets, ten cars purchased in 2020 for the needs of embassies. The audit report presented today to the Committee on Oversight of Public Finances identified several violations, mainly in undisclosed down payment and incomplete registration of the expenses of diplomatic and consular missions. This report was reviewed without the presence of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, Donika Gërvalla-Schwarz, who did not attend the meeting.
