In the "Mother Teresa" cathedral in Prishtina, the main Christmas mass is being held, led by the Bishop of Kosovo, Dodë Gjergji.

On this occasion, he gave messages about kindness and solidarity, saying that Christmas is an opportunity to be grateful and to strengthen our consciousness.

Mentioning the importance of Christmas, Bishop Dodë Gjergji said this is a holiday to be thankful to the Creator, for whom he said makes us stronger.

Bishop Dodë Gjergji also prayed for people in need, as he called for more peace in the world, which he said is destroying the fate of many people.

He also called for more love among each other and promotion of inter-religious tolerance, which he said is an asset to our society.

On the occasion of Christmas, religious and political representatives in Kosovo sent congratulatory messages.
