The Kosovo Olympic Committee (KOC), in a statement on its official website, has expressed its concern regarding the discrimination of Kosovar athletes by countries that still mix sports with politics.

Last night it was announced that after many difficulties the Kosovo Karate Federation (KKF) managed to travel to Spain, but that the Spanish state institutions refused to allow our athletes to appear with the state symbols of Kosovo at the European Karate Championship for seniors "Guadalajara", KosovaPress reports...
