On September 23 from 13:00 in Presheva, the protest "March for identity and dignity" will be held.

The protest will start from the city stadium and continue to the city center.

The protest is held because of the discrimination, oppression and violations that are done to the Albanians of the Presheva Valley by Serbia.

In this protest, the termination of the passivation of addresses of Albanians from Serbia, the recognition of diplomas, jobs, and institutions open to all will be demanded, announced the mayor of Presheva, Ardita Sinani, in a Facebook post.

"Let's march for equality and justice! In August we were in Bujanoc, in September we are in Presheva, to prove that we are one. Our problems can no longer be postponed. Nothing less than what we deserve, never more, but always what we deserve! For the implementation of the signed Agreements and for the fulfillment of the state's obligations towards the Albanians of the Presheva Valley. For Presheva with the Court, for institutions where Albanians are represented! This is for all of us, for our dignity and identity. Come out and march", she wrote.
