The Basic Prosecution in Prizren, Department of Serious Crimes, has requested the detention measure imposed by the Basic Court in Prizren, on the defendant F.M., who by decision of the State Prosecutor is under the 48-hour detention measure from 09.02.2022. According to the request of the prosecution “On 09.02.2022 around 21:00 in the village of Konushefc, Municipality of Podujeva, defendant M.Q., and F.M., in the capacity of co-perpetrators, together with two other persons at the moment unknown, without authorization have distributed and transported substances or preparations which have been declared by law as narcotics, psychotropic substances or analogues for the purpose of sale, distribution and offering for sale”.
