The Basic Prosecution in Ferizaj, has requested the imposition of detention of 30 days on remand  against the defendants S.Sh., A.D., V.N., S.D., A.Sh., B.H., S.Sh., S.H., M.Sh., Z.S., F.D., M.Y., A.D., H.I., and S.Y., (citizens of the Republic of Turkey), who by decision of the State Prosecutor are under the measure of detention of 48 hours. According to the request of the Prosecution, there is a reasonable suspicion that from November 2021 to May 23, 2022, the defendants, acting as a member of the group, possessed for the purpose of sale, 67 kilograms of heroin, which was originally used as a first they took him to Iran and then through Turkey they brought him to the Republic of Kosovo, thus committing the criminal offense "Unauthorized purchase, distribution and sale of narcotics, psychotropic substances and narcotics."
