The Basic Prosecution in Gjilan, has requested the competent Court in Gjilan, the imposition of detention on the suspect N.M., who is suspected of depriving his wife of her life with a metal rod.

According to the request, there is a grounded suspicion that on July 25, 2020, in the village of Berivojcë, municipality of Kamenica, the suspect N.M., due to ongoing family disputes, intentionally deprived his wife of her life, now deceased S.M., so, after the argument, the suspect with a suitable tool - a metal rod, hits the deceased once on the head, who falls on the floor, but he still continued to hit her with the metal rod, for several times on the head and other parts of the body, he caused fatal wounds to the victim.
