The court session against the former KLA leaders continued today in the Specialist Chambers with the opening statements of the defense team of the former president of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi and the former Speaker of Assembly, Kadri Veseli.

Hashim Thaçi's lawyer, Gregory Keohe, said that Thaçi had no motive to participate in the crimes alleged by the SPO. The defense even stated that Thaçi had no control over the KLA.
