The initial session in the trial of the murder of the Serbian politician Oliver Ivanovic has been postponed due to procedural controversies between the lawyers, after the indications that the lawyer Faruk Korenica has initially represented the suspect Rade Basara, while now, he represents Nedeljko Spasaojevic, both of them suspects in this case.

Lawyer Tomë Gashi requested the dismissal of his colleague, although Gashi himself, with the same allegations has an indication that in the case "Toka" he has represented two clients.
