The low temperatures and the malfunction of the heating system in the Palace of Justice has led to the postponement of several court sessions this week. The same situation may be repeated in the future as the functionalization of the heating in the facility, the headquarters of the majority of the courts of the Republic of Kosovo, does not seem to happen soon.

A few days ago, the hearing in the case known as the "53 million", where the former minister Pal Lekaj is involved, was postponed precisely because of the cold in the hall of the Basic Court of Pristina.

The lawyer involved in this case, Musa Damati, calls the lack of heating in the facility where citizens are waiting to receive justice, scandalous.
