Committee on Legislation without response to the request of the Constitutional Court for the dismissals in the RRA
The Committee on Legislation, Mandates, Immunities, Rules of Procedure of the Assembly and the oversight of the Anti-Corruption Agency has failed to respond to the Constitutional Court's request to dismiss the board of the Railway Regulatory Authority (RRA). The Constitutional Court had requested from this Committee clarifications of the legal status of the RRA, if it is an established institution and functions as an independent Agency or has any other status.
