Closure of the KPA at the discretion of the Assembly, Mikullovci speaks of the resumption of the new wave of privatization
The closure of the Privatization Agency of Kosovo (PAK) remains at the discretion of the Assembly of Kosovo, while for the resumption of the new wave of sales process in the PAK, the Chairman of the Board of this agency said on Wednesday that the Government of Kosovo has decided to suspend the blocking of privatization of socially owned properties.
While reporting to the Budget Committee, Mikullovci responded to MPs that the closure of the KPA is decided by the Assembly of Kosovo. He added that it remains a challenge for the KPA not to review the 26 thousand cases by the Special Chamber of the Supreme Court, which are mainly related to the 20 percent of employees.
