By 11:00, about 152 thousand citizens or 8.2 percent have voted, which compared to the same period of 20217 is 2.14 percent less. This was announced by the chairman of the Central Election Commission (CEC) Kreshnik Radoniqi in the second press conference for today. He said that so far, 6 small incidents have been recorded, but which do not harm the election process. Radoniqi said that he could not comment on the statistics which show that this year until 11:00 have voted over 2 percent fewer voters than in 2017, while adding that he expects citizens to go out to vote en masse.
