The Council for the Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms (CDHRF) has reacted after statements by EU officials about the association agreement. A press release states that the content of the ratified association should be discussed only if the inviolability of Kosovo's external borders is guaranteed through mutual recognition with Serbia and by recognizing and accepting the current borders.
