Kosovo is currently experiencing hot weather with high temperatures, which are expected to reach 39 degrees Celsius tomorrow, July 25.

The National Institute of Public Health and the Ministry of Health have issued recommendations to protect health during these high temperatures and have urged citizens to follow them.

Among the recommendations are: avoiding heat exposure, drinking at least two to three liters of water per day, wearing light clothing, and using sunscreen.

It is also advised to avoid direct sun exposure between 10:00 and 17:00, and to limit the intake of caffeine and alcohol. If you experience symptoms such as dizziness, sweating, vomiting, or confusion, seek medical help, health authorities recommend. /KosovaPress
