Eugen Cakolli from Democracy in Action (DnV) stated that the elections in the north are being characterized by a calm atmosphere, due to the lack of voters. According to him, this shows the shortcomings of this electoral process and the inability of the institutions to guarantee a comprehensive process. He told KosovaPress that there are no Special Units that are guaranteeing the smooth running of this process in the four northern municipalities.
