7.85 percent of Gjilan citizens have voted until 11:00, where over 94 thousand citizens have the right to vote.

The senior executive official of the Municipal Election Commission in Gjilan, Ferid Shabani told KosovaPress that out of 94,923 voters, only 7,405 citizens have voted so far.
