Former Dutch Ambassador to Kosovo, Robert Bosch, has congratulated Kosovo on the 14th anniversary of independence, saying he hopes Spain, Slovakia, Greece, Cyprus and Romania will soon see how they are being used by the Russians.

The Declaration of Independence of Kosovo was made on February 17, 2008 at 15:39 in the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo in Prishtina. In an extraordinary session attended by 109 MPs out of a total of 120, the Assembly of Kosovo unanimously declared Kosovo an independent, sovereign and democratic state.
