The High Representative of the European Union, Josep Borrell, has said that no agreement has been reached between Kosovo and Serbia on the issue of license plates and documents, but according to him, the parties have agreed to continue discussions. Borrell has said that this is not the end, as there is still time until September 1, adding that the European Union does not give up in this process.

He said that the international community does not want to see a revival of tensions and the parties will be held responsible for any escalation on the ground. According to the head of the European diplomacy, today's meeting between the prime minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, and the president of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, with the mediation of the EU, was not regular and usual, but comes after the tensions in the north of Kosovo...
