The High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Joseph Borrell, has already met with Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic.

On Twitter, Borrell posted photos of the meeting and wrote that the dialogue is a very important step for the European future of the two countries.
