The Deputy Prime Minister of Kosovo, Besnik Bislimi, said that there is no agreement on license plates, whereas he added that in Brussels they discussed elements for the possibility to get out of the crisis

Bislimi said that he does not know what will happen after November 21, when the government's decision to fine the drivers of cars with illegal license plates is expected to come into effect, but he emphasized that they are currently discussing.
