The Deputy Chairman of the Vetëvendosje, at the same time the former Minister of Finance, Besnik Bislimi, calls the Draft Law on Economic Recovery of the Hoti Government without substance and zero. According to him, the head of the executive has all the opportunities to make economic recovery, but he does not have brains.
