The President of the United States of America, Joe Biden, has congratulated Kosovo citizens on Independence Day, saying that he continues to support a comprehensive agreement with Serbia centered on mutual recognition.

“We are glad that Kosovo is continuing to build and strengthen its positive relations with neighboring countries, and we will continue to support your efforts towards a comprehensive normalization agreement with Serbia centered on mutual recognition”, Biden's letter said...
