The Committee on Human Rights has discussed with the Coordinator for Domestic Violence in the Basic Prosecution in Prishtina regarding the justification of cases of gender-based violence and domestic violence. The members of the committee reacted on the fine of 2,400 euros for the person who beat a woman in a market in Prishtina. However, they expressed dissatisfaction with the absence of the leaders of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPC) in reporting to this committee.
