The director of this association, Jahir Bejta, said that the courts in Kosovo are rejecting their request for compensation for damages during the last war in Kosovo.
He requested that these submitted files, which contain details of damages, be taken into account and not rejected by the Constitutional Court.
For this, the lawyer Ardian Bajraktari emphasized that based on past experiences, when the parties are not authorized, this submission of the file for the compensation of damages from this association will hardly be taken into account.
In addition, Bejta emphasized that they will seek justice for Serbian crimes also in international courts. As for the legal issue for this request, the lawyer Ardian Bajraktari in a statement for KosovaPress said that the issue of addressing the Constitutional Court is also an individual right, but they must be authorized parties.
He said that based on past similar cases, if the associations are not directly involved parties, he considers that they may not be examined at all.
