The President of Albania, Bajram Begaj, has given a message for the local elections of May 14.

He addressed the citizens yesterday, saying that local elections give you the opportunity to improve their lives.

Begaj said that the representatives, whom the citizens will elect tomorrow, will be responsible for their wellbeing.
