The President of Albania, Bajram Begaj, declared that the agreement reached on February 27 in Brussels and the annex of its implementation reached on March 18 in Ohrid should be guidelines for the normalization of relations between Kosovo and Serbia.

Begaj made these statements from Italy, where he is paying an official visit. So far, he has met with his counterpart, President Sergio Mattarella, as well as with the President of the Chamber of Deputies, Lorenzo Fontana.
