The Constitutional Court has not yet made a decision on the constitutionality of the establishment of the Hoti Government. Although, Vetëvendosje, in June, filed the contestation of the vote of the already arrested MP, Etem Arifi in the establishment of the Hoti Government, the Constitutional Court is considering September the time when the 60-day period for reviewing the case begins.

Despite this, members of the Albin Kurti's party are convinced that the verdict will be in their favor. Moreover, they say that after an interpretation where the Hoti Government is declared illegitimate, there is no need for a second attempt, thus, according to them, the elections will be the only way out. Meanwhile, the government will accept any decision of the Constitutional Court.
