Dritëro Arifi, Professor of International Relations, considers useful the three-day stay in Kosovo of the European Union representative for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajçak. He says that after the agreement on energy in the north, there is a good momentum for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue and reaching a final agreement with mutual recognition.
