A car with RKS license plates was set on fire after midnight in Zubin Potok.

In the report of the Kosovo Police, it is known that the event happened around 3:30 am on Wednesday.

The car was owned by a Serb, who had converted the illegal license plates to RKS ones.

"The Kosovo Police, on 02.11.2022, at 03.34 (after midnight) through the telephone line, received information about the burning, setting fire to a Hyundai car with RKS license plates, owned by a Kosovar male victim of the Serbian community, from the municipality of Zubin Potok", says the Police announcement.

It is known that the relevant police units from the Zubin Potok police station immediately responded to the scene, taking all the necessary police actions and notifying the fire brigade, which also went to the scene.

The Kosovo Police remains committed to the realization of its legal duties and responsibilities, to the investigation and clarification as soon as possible of this case and of other cases of arson, which occurred and were directed against private properties, mainly against vehicles registered with license plates local RKS.

The police have called on citizens without distinctions to cooperate with this security institution, continuously in providing security to all citizens without distinctions, in maintaining order and public peace, discovering such criminal acts and bringing the perpetrators to justice. these criminal acts.

Last week two more cars of two Serbian citizens were burned, after they had converted the illegal number plates to RKS ones.
